Hello.

EDevMachine is about to offer Flash/Flex design and development in a major way! Although we’ve offered Flash design, we’ve tried to limit use of Flash to just minor visual components. The reason was due to search engines not indexing the content contained in Flash files…which is terrible for search engine optimization reasons.

This has changed! FINALLY Google and Yahoo have made an agreement with Adobe (makers of Flash) which allows them see all the text placed in a Flash file. This means (with proper design) that if you design you’re entire website in Flash/Flex that you’ll get the same search engine traffic from Google and Yahoo that you would if you designed your site in (x)html.

What wonderful news! We love Flash -in the near future we’ll be totally redesigning EDevMachine.com in Flash and Flex. So expect big changes here if you’re a repeat visitor. At first, we’ll just be replacing some elements of our web site with Flash. Later, we’ll integrate everything in to a nice, smooth Flash application.
